Brittany from Love is Blind season seven seems to have moved on from her art dealer, Rolex wearer ex and now has an even more rich and famous boyfriend, musician Mod Sun. The two were spotted in a West Hollywood club at an after-party for one of Mod Sun’s shows on Monday night. In a video obtained by TMZ, Party In The USA played while the couple danced together and showed off a lot of PDA.
They were also seen the next night at an LA restaurant having dinner together. A photographer asked Mod if they were together, but he didn’t respond.
Mod Sun was previously engaged to Avril Lavigne, but they broke up at the beginning of 2023. Their breakup was extremely messy: Avril’s team confirmed their breakup, but Mod’s team said “They were together and engaged as of three days ago when he left for tour, so if anything has changed, that’s news to him.” It was chaos, and Mod Sun was totally blindsided.
Mod Sun said he’s been focusing on blocking out all the noise and being hopeful for the future after splitting up with Avril Lavigne. He said on Instagram: “I just know there’s a plan for it all. I’ll keep my head up and always listen to my heart, even when it feels broken.” His relationship with Brittany seems very new and exciting for them both!
How did Mod Sun and Brittany meet?
Mod Sun and Brittany actually have an adorable story as to how they met each other.
They seemingly first met when Brittany went to his concert in Texas on 3rd November with her Love Is Blind co-stars Alexandra Byrd and Hannah Jiles. During the performance, Mod spotted them in the crowd and pointed at Hannah and Brittany to ask: “Respectfully, are both of you on the show Love Is Blind? Umm, my name is Mod.” Brittany then blew a kiss to him, and the rest is history.
What happened to Leo and Brittany?
Brittany and Leo ended their engagement after not being selected to continue on Love Is Blind. They went on their own holiday but decided they were better as friends.
“The physical connection just simply wasn’t there, honestly,” Brittany explained to People in October. “We had a talk in the beginning about how this could work, and then time went on during the trip and the chemistry just wasn’t there and we mutually felt that.”
