The Gunners claimed a vital victory as Partey made a significant impact in the second half, contributing to both the only goal and defensive solidity.
While Gabriel Martinelli may have grabbed the headlines with his late strike, Rice and Odegaard showed excellent form and controlled the midfield throughout the match.
Bent believes these three players will be pivotal to any success Arsenal hopes to achieve this season. The former player tweeted: “Important result. If they are healthy I would just like to see Rice, Partey and Odegaard in midfield, that is Arsenal’s best trio and one of the best midfields best in the tournament.”
