Victor Wembanyama’s Rise to NBA Stardom: A Tale of Triumph Fueled by Unwavering Family Support

The rookie was raised in France by his parents, Félix Wembanyama and Elodie de Fautereau, together with his sisters, Eve and Oscar. Elodie taught her kids how to play basketball and went on to have a professional career in the sport. We have more in common with her because she is more like myself. We actually look alike, and she’s sort of crazy sometimes,” Victor told Slam magazine in 2022.
